Intro to AMS Security and Trust

Course Description:

This course provides a contrasted view of AMS security threats and countermeasures. The course will expose the students to unique aspects of various threat models related to analog and AMS design. The course will also cover different classes of identification methods, countermeasures and protection techniques which comply with the analog/AMS physical implementation and cost constraints.

Topics to be covered:

  • AMS Trojans and malicious insertion.
  • Information leakage thru side-channel (power, EM, fault insertion).
  • Threat models in emerging devices ( sensor nodes, Autonomous cars, IoTs, …).
  • AMS circuit identification & authentication (Analog PUFs, RF fingerprinting).

Schedule of the course will be available soon.
