Training Module in Asynchronous Logic Circuit Design for Microelectronics Security and Reliability

While the commercial digital semiconductor industry has been dominated by clocked, synchronous circuits, asynchronous logic circuits have demonstrated their unique advantages in certain applications including security and reliability. This module is to introduce the basic
concepts of asynchronous logic circuits, explain their advantages in these applications, and help the trainees in learning how to design asynchronous logic circuits for their needs.
