Contribute to the development of a scalable and replicable national strategic framework to address microelectronics workforce needs for the USG and DIBs.
Objectives
- Create educational content that will be taught to students and employees to advance their knowledge of microelectronics, design, assurance, supply chain, and more
- Quantifiably increase the amount of attendees year after year that attend modules, webinars, and course trainings.
- Reproduce positive results while expanding the number of facilities, partnerships, and training materials.

MEST Course Development
All course lectures should be recorded. This could be a zoom or classroom recording. The quality must be met.
MEST Module Development
The length of each module recording can vary; there is no set time length so long as all instructions are adequately covered. Ensure that all recordings are high quality.
